Monday – Friday 9am – 12pm £33 per session e.g., Exercise classes

Monday – Friday 2pm – 5pm £33 per session e.g., Group meetings

Monday – Friday 7pm – 10pm £33 per session e.g., Band rehearsals

Friday evening 7pm – 11pm £140 per session e.g., Parties (over 21s)

Saturday/Sunday 7am – 10am £65 per session e.g., Breakfast Club

Saturday/Sunday 10am – 1pm £80 per session e.g. Children’s Parties

Saturday/Sunday 2pm – 5pm £80 per session e.g., Children’s Parties

Saturday/Sunday 6pm – 11pm £140 per session e.g., Parties (over 21s)

Saturday all day 9am – 12pm £320 whole day e.g., Parties (over 21s)

10% discount for all bookings of 4 or more sessions booked in advance

All bookings must be fully paid in advance

Wedding Package

Friday – Sunday Friday 7pm – Sunday 1pm £550

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

· 28-21 days before event 25% of hire fee

· 21-14 days before event 50% of hire fee

· 14-7 days before event 75% of hire fee

· Less than 7 days before event 100% of hire fee

Evening use of the Village Hall on a Friday or Saturday requires a refundable damage deposit of £100.00. This is also a legal requirement for any event where alcohol is being sold. Users wishing to sell alcohol must also apply to Mole Valley District Council to obtain a Temporary Licence (TENS). A copy should be provided to the hall management prior to the event.
